What is GPS used for in Android Phone

GPS mean global positioning System. It's available nowadays in every android phone, and it's use for different features.

You can find your current Position of your mobile through this  feature. When you find your mobile position then you take many work from it.

For example 
You can find where is the person now mean in which country, city etc.
Second you can find distance between you and the other person having android phone.
Third you can find any location during traveling you you go first time. It's will give correct path,  direction, paths to the destination.
